Welcome to Ebony African Shop! By using our website and services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. Please read them carefully.

 Products and Services:

We specialize in selling fresh, frozen and dry African food products. All descriptions, images, and pricing are as accurate as possible. However, we do not guarantee that product descriptions or other content are completely error-free, current, or complete.

Orders and Payments:

 

  • Order Acceptance: By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product subject to availability and at the listed price. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
  • Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.). All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in DKK. Prices are subject to change without notice, but once an order is placed, the price listed at the time of purchase will be honored.

    • Shipping and Delivery:

     

  • Shipping Times: We aim to ship all orders within 1-2 business days of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping method selected.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the total weight and selected shipping method.
  • International Shipping: We ship internationally, but customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties.
  • Order Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery. 


    • Returns and Refunds: 

  • Returns: We accept returns of dry products within 14 days of receipt of the product. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
  • Non-returnable Items: Perishable goods (e.g., frozen food products cannot be returned except the error is from our part and notification must be sent within 24 hours of receipt of the product. 
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Return Shipping Costs: You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to an error on our part.
